Pro Experience:
McElroy has played in 30 NFL games (14 starts) and rushed for 729 yards
on 224 carries and three touchdowns, and caught 12 passes for 73 yards
and another score. He also returned 54 kicks for 1,148 yards (long of
92), all in 1996. McElroy signed with the Broncos as a free agent during
the offseason after being out of football in 1998. He was originally selected
by Arizona in the second round of the 1996 NFL Draft and played two seasons
with the club.
